The forging process involves cutting stainless steel and shaping it to create the raw form of products.
1.Forging & stocks
After the forging process, the raw checking process is carried out, followed by a cleaning process before advancing to the sandblasting stage.
2.Raw Checking, Cleaning & Sand Blasting
Grinding the raw product to forge it into the precise final shape, followed by the finishing process.
3.Grinding & Finishing
Cleaning is carried out on finished products, followed by boiling tests and passivation as part of quality control to ensure rust-free products. Laser marking or silk screen printing is then performed.
4.Cleaning, Boiling, Passivation & Printing
Packaging involves a final check, QC testing, oiling the necessary products, cleaning, and then packing them into sealed packages. Once this is done, the products are ready for dispatch.
